Renee Yeager

Renee Yeager, President

Renee Yeager has been on the ANA (formerly the BMA) Board since 2014 and has served as its President since 2018. She is founder and CEO at Yeager, a B2B marketing firm that develops results-driven marketing strategies, campaigns, and content for the world’s leading technology companies. A marketer for more than 25 years, Renee has led marketing teams and strategic initiatives for numerous global companies and has a track record of developing smart and effective programs that consistently exceed expectations. Over the course of her career, Renee has often been recognized for her leadership and agency work. She was named Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards and Marketing Executive of the Year by the Best in Biz Awards, and her agency has received many marketing excellence awards from numerous organizations. She is a member of Forbes Agency Council, contributes to a variety of marketing publications, and is a sought-after expert on B2B marketing. When not working, she’s reading, traveling or enjoying time with her family and their golden retriever.

Jennifer Ferry

Jennifer Ferry, Treasurer

This is Jennifer’s second year on the BMA board serving as Treasurer. She is Operations Director at Yeager Marketing and brings more than 20 years of operations experience. She works with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure development of processes and output of projects consistently exceed expectations while optimizing budgets and timelines. Prior to joining Yeager Jennifer directed operations for several organizations with responsibilities that spanned managing large-scale $5M+ projects to launching new products and optimizing employee and vendor interactions.

Celeste Jacroux

Celeste Jacroux, Programming Director

Celeste is new to the Phoenix Board, but not to the BMA. She worked with the BMA Colorado chapter before moving to Phoenix in 2016. As Director of Marketing Communications at Televerde, she brings more than 15 years of marketing expertise to the role with her background in communications, strategy, and product management and marketing. Not to steal from a well-known athletic company, but her goal in business and in life is to just go out and do it. Outside of work, you can find her at the pool, on the soccer field or on the trails.

Ashly Hughes

Ashly Hughes, Membership Director

Ashly is the newest member of the ANA Phoenix board, joining in 2019. For 10 years, Ashly worked for traditional marketing and demand generation agencies to drive effective outbound campaign strategy, create content, optimize website design and drive results on behalf of B2B clients. Recently, Ashly moved in-house to serve as the Director of Global Marketing at Emailage, a fraud prevention software company, where she is focused on transitioning a hyper growth start up into a global brand. She leads a talented team of marketers in the design and execution of a multi-channel, demand generation strategy to drive leads, pipeline, revenue and customer retention. Ashly also manages a global Sales Development Representative team to bridge the gap between sales and marketing and optimize ROI on lead gen efforts. Ashly serves as a mentor for W.P. Carey business students at ASU. Outside of work and volunteering, you can find her exploring new cities, enjoying a glass of wine with friends or cheering on Chicago sports teams.

Beth Cochran

Beth Cochran, Communications Director

Beth Cochran is the co-founder and CEO of Wired PR, a PR and content marketing firm that specializing in working with technology and B2B brands. She is also the founder of SuccessLab, and co-founder of the TechTalent Awards. For more than 11 years, Beth has been developing effective communications programs that enable organizations to build relationships with their audiences through high-value content. She currently serves as the membership chair on the board of directors for the Phoenix Chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). She is also a mentor to startups at SeedSpot. Beth has received a Bronx Excellence in Television Access Award for Educational Programming, a Certificate of Special Merit in sports writing from The Association of Journalism and Mass Communication and The William Randolph Hearst Foundation, as well as The Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award for Online In-Depth Reporting.

Andrea Lechner-Becker

Andrea Lechner-Becker, Sponsorship Director

Andrea has been on the ANA Board since 2018. Her bio reads like someone who filled out a what-should-I-be-when-I-grow-up quiz and decided to try every option. Fueled by endless curiosity, Andrea has never met a problem she didn’t want to solve. This led her to managing sales and marketing at an art gallery, then loyalty and email marketing strategy for an NBA team and arena, then the delivery team at LeadMD, followed by a stint as a novelist and culminating with her current role as CMO of LeadMD. With a decade of experience in dynamic marketing roles, Andrea has had the opportunity to work with the most brilliant marketing minds at the best companies in the world.

Sahil Saini

Sahil Saini, Tehnology & Data Director

Sahil is the founder of AKOS, an Agile Digital Agency that transforms online presence and launches full-scale digital products for nonprofits, local startups and ecommerce stores. With over 10 years experience working as a software developer and digital marketing strategist, he brings a unique perspective to the product development lifecycle with data-backed audience validation and marketing strategies. Sahil geeks out on restructuring unsuccessful information architectures, code reviews, and building marketing automation systems and campaigns backed by market-validated data metrics.
